HVAC Commissioning
We provide complete HVAC commissioning services for the offshore, onshore and maritime sectors. Our focus is to ensure that systems function according to design, requirements and operational needs before handover to the customer.

Our HVAC commissioning services
Through a structured and documented approach, we verify that all systems and functions are functioning both individually and as part of a larger facility. With key personnel, specialized technicians and modern instruments, we adapt our services to the needs and progress of the project – 24/7, year-round.
Preparations and pre-commissioning
Before start-up, we ensure that all systems are correctly installed, verified and prepared for testing. By checking documentation, installation, instrumentation and signals, we lay the foundation for a safe and efficient start-up process, and reduce the risk of errors later in the work.
Startup and functional testing
In this phase, we start up the systems and verify that they function according to design and functional descriptions. Through testing of operation, regulation, safety functions and interaction with automation systems, we ensure that all functions work both locally and via the control systems.
Measurement and adjustment / Calibration
To achieve the right indoor climate and optimal function, we carry out precise measurement, adjustment and calibration of the systems. By adjusting air volumes, pressure conditions and components, we ensure that the system delivers stable and energy-efficient performance under all operating conditions.
Testing and verification
We conduct extensive testing and verification to document that the systems meet all requirements. Through measurements, functional testing and testing under realistic operating conditions, we ensure that the system functions as intended, and that the results form the basis for approval.
Offshore HVAC commissioning
When the plant is put into operation offshore, we follow up with further testing and optimization to ensure stable operation. Through re-verification, checking system response and testing under real operating conditions, we ensure that the system functions as intended in its actual operating environment before final handover.
Documentation and handover
An important part of the work is to deliver complete and structured documentation that ensures traceability and a good basis for further operation. This includes logging of measured values, completed checklists, documentation of deviations and a completed commissioning report to the customer, as well as preparation for operation and maintenance.
