With a short distance to the center of Stavanger and only a few meters to the pier, the office premises in Byfjordparken are unique. You can get to and from the center in a short time and at the same time have office premises with orchestra space to the Byfjord and inland Ryfylke - with fjord and mountains as far as the eye can see. We build future-oriented, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings where we facilitate small and large tenants. Our first three commercial buildings are certified with BREEAM Excellent.

We will be building a total of approximately 56,000 square meters of offices on our waterfront, spread across a total of nine buildings. So far, we have built three of these buildings and our next building is being planned.

Byfjordparken is undergoing a transformation. From being a very active industrial area where GMC ran its various industrial businesses, the area is now becoming a completely new district in Stavanger. It has taken time and is far from finished construction, but the area is now fully regulated and prepared for beautiful homes and offices. In the early 2000s, the Christensen family decided that the central location by the fjord was better suited for homes and offices than for industrial activities. The industrial activities were therefore moved to other locations and planning for the future Byfjordparken was underway.

In Byfjordparken, we are converting an industrial area into a completely new district, with residential and commercial property. The area has been fully regulated with approximately 56,000 m² of commercial property and around 225 apartments.
