The industrial group and management
GMC consists of six operating companies with specialized business areas. To ensure efficient operations and strong professional support, the group's functions within finance, accounting, sales, marketing, HR, KHMS and IT are combined across the companies.
Structure
GMC Holding AS is wholly owned by GMC Group AS and functions as the umbrella company for all industrial activities in the group. Under GMC Holding AS are five wholly owned subsidiaries, each with its own field of expertise within maritime service, ship repair, automation, HVAC and base services.
