ESG and sustainability

At GMC, we work to reduce the negative climate impact of our own operations. We provide a safe and secure working environment, and take responsibility for both our business and our supply chain.

At GMC, we have defined focus areas within environmental, social and governance (ESG) challenges.

GMC has offices in strategic locations along the coast, close to our customers and operations. From our bases in Stavanger and Randaberg, we coordinate ship service, industry and automation with efficient solutions and high professional expertise.

G: We take responsibility for our own business and supply chain

GMC operates with clear ethical guidelines and ensures that laws and standards are complied with. We set strict requirements for our suppliers and follow up on social responsibility throughout the value chain. Responsible business practices are essential for building long-term relationships and creating value for both customers and society.

GMC is committed to responsible business practices and complies with the requirements of the Transparency Act.

We conduct due diligence to identify and manage risks related to human rights and decent work in our operations and supply chain. Our sustainability strategy and reports on the Transparency Act are available for those who want more information.
