Reception and forwarding

Storage
We offer both short- and long-term storage with on-demand delivery, tailored to your needs. For long-term storage, we have solid routines for preservation and maintenance. With us, you get indoor and outdoor storage options at all our locations, and in close proximity to the ISPS quay with crane.
Modifications and repairs
We carry out all types of conversions and repairs of engines, exhaust systems, hulls and propellers. Our large workshop facilities and special equipment make us a safe choice – whether the vessel is dry-docked at Buøy in Stavanger or berthed at our bases in Mekjarvik or Gismarvik.
Calibration and recertification
We take responsibility for monitoring measuring equipment and safety equipment, and ensure that everything is in line with current requirements. As an expert company, we are specialists in everything within crane and lifting equipment.
Wire spooling and testing
We offer complete wire handling and documentation with our own special equipment. Our expert expertise ensures safe and efficient handling of everything within crane and lifting.

GMC provides a wide range of shipping services, always in accordance with classification rules.
We follow the certification authorities for efficient approval with a focus on cost-effectiveness. The classification work includes engine, propulsion systems, hull, tanks, surface, propeller and rudder system. We carry out the work at our own shipyard or quay, and our professionals also travel to customers – 24/7-365 worldwide.
