Full-service port services
We handle the entire delivery from arrival to departure through a single point of contact.
Clearance
We have full control over calls, port fees and all official formalities. We coordinate with port authorities, pilots and tugboats, and ensure efficient entry and exit clearance including customs and immigration.
Crew change
We organize crew changes both onshore and offshore. Everything from transport and visa handling to hotel reservations and Covid testing is handled by us, with 24/7 emergency response in case of changes or delays.
Purchasing and deliveries
We source everything from spare parts and food to specialist tools and technical equipment. Delivery is direct to the quay, offshore vessel or on board upon arrival, in close collaboration with local and international suppliers.
Bunkering and supply
We plan and coordinate fuel deliveries according to your needs. In addition, we deliver fresh water, lubricants and provisions directly to the vessel, exactly when and where you need it.
Permits and documentation
We handle all applications, reports and follow-ups with authorities on behalf of shipping companies and vessels. Customs clearance, ISPS documentation, declarations and waste reporting are handled efficiently, with a full overview of regulations and special requirements.
Other services
We handle ship waste and hazardous waste in accordance with MARPOL and applicable regulations. Through our technical departments, we offer technical and operational assistance when needed. We coordinate inspections, classification society visits and provide assistance in emergencies or unforeseen port calls.
