New HR manager at GMC Holding
Today Anette had her first day at work as HR manager at GMC Holding.

She comes from the role of department manager for customer service at LyseDialog, where she had management responsibility for 170 employees. She also brings with her to GMC extensive experience from HR work in the same group, in addition to experience from several staffing agencies. She also has a bachelor's degree in tourism management from BI Norwegian School of Business.
"Our people are our most important resource. It is therefore crucial that we have good structures, clear direction and a culture that allows people to thrive and develop. We are therefore very pleased to have Anette join the team," says CEO Thomas A. Vang of GMC.
Close to people and culture
On her first day, Løndalen is already clear about what she wants to focus on:
"I'm looking forward to getting to know the culture and the people better. Not least, getting to know the processes and procedures, and getting started," says Løndalen.
With experience from larger organizations and a strong commitment to management and employee development, she is committed to being close to the everyday lives of employees. For her, HR is about building good frameworks for both well-being, performance and development.
"We work in industries with high pace and high demands. We need good HR processes that support our leaders, develop our employees and strengthen the culture across the companies," says Vang.
